About the event
As Jonas takes you through various movements and yoga-based postures, you will develop a greater understanding of your body. You’ll also learn how to tap into the muscles you already have but are not using effectively, build strength, and learn the foundations for more advanced techniques. True Strength will also help you increase flexibility and ranges of motion to make movement easier and more accessible.
Beginner True Strength offers a safe and easy approach to building strength through yoga. You build increased strength and flexibility, and a strong foundation of good habits and proper alignment to build upon.
